This post comes live from my holidays. I've heard people complaining about the lack of unified inbox on iPhone Mail app, and used to think it was indeed a serious omission.

However, I have now seen some method in Apple Madness.This holiday I decided to switch off from work - and it was made eminently possible by the little omission. I could just read the personal inbox contents, updates on flights etc without getting dragged into work mail threads. In a mobile device, I can now see the need for separate mailboxes!
